Grace has over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax advisory in leadership roles at firms including TMF Group, Ecovis, and Rödl & Partner. Widely recognized as a highly knowledgeable and experienced consultant in the Chinese market, she has served as a consultant to various regional governments in China, providing strategic advice on innovation, fiscal and tax policies. Grace is also a regular industry speaker, and an active mentor and lecturer at leading universities.

Grace co-founded Ecovis Beijing in 2012 and under her leadership, the firm grew rapidly and was successfully acquired by TMF Group in 2019. She stayed on at TMF as Director for Post M&A Integration, playing a pivotal role in the post-merger integration and transition before moving on to establish ARTxDIGI in 2022 to support companies operating in China, and Chinese enterprises expanding internationally.

ARTxDIGI created a unique category in the market with its cloud-native Business-Transformation-as-Service (BTaaS) offering. Built to rethink traditional corporate services through technology and data, Grace pioneered the integration of digital solutions in business  services, delivering data-driven transformation across accounting, finance, compliance, HR operations, and business processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Spotting a gap in the market, Grace also introduced additional growth-oriented capabilities including Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions, demand generation and go-to-market support, helping clients grow and scale in current and new markets regionally.

With her strong expertise in international tax law, strategic consulting, compliance management, digital transformation, and cross-cultural communication, Grace is a sought-after speaker at various industry forums. As a board member of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce, she plays a pivotal role in fostering China-Benelux business ties to bolster local investment, support the international expansion of Chinese enterprises, and shape the chamber’s strategy towards China.

Grace is a Certified Tax Agent (CICTA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CICPA). She holds a Master’s in International Finance from Fordham University, and an International MBA from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School & Peking University. She is also a Distinguished Mentor of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics MPAcc Program.
