Job title: Head of Marketing & Communications

Location: Shanghai, China
I. Job Purpose
The role is responsible for formulating and executing marketing strategies of Triide. He/she is tasked with driving brand building, demand generation and customer relationship management in the APAC region.
The position holder works in alignment with the sales team, service delivery team, country MDs, Partners and C-suites to agree priorities and set the marketing agenda to meet Triide’s commercial objectives.
II. Main Responsibilities
- Formulation of Marketing Strategies: Analyze industry trends, competitor landscape, develop overall marketing strategies and plans for the company.
- Brand Promotion: Develop brand promotion plans and enhance company brand awareness, reputation and value through various channels.
- Marketing Communications: Create and execute a plan in various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, partnership, sponsorship, seminars/events, etc. in forms a marketing calendar.
- Lead generation: Work closely with the sales team and service delivery teams to set target and sales conversion rates to ensure the achievement of sales performance.
- Project management: execute all marketing campaigns and promotional activities with seamless process and time management to meet deadline with operational excellence.
- Cross-market coordination: Develop in-country marketing plans with the company’s country heads. Establish cadence and calendar to streamline the execution of the marketing initiatives. Overseas a unified marketing approach across all countries/marketes.
- Market expansion: Research target customer needs and habits, discover new market growth opportunities, and develop marketing plan to capitalize the growth potential.
- Customer relationship management: working closely with company’s COO to establish and maintain a robust CRM system, understand customer needs and feedback, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team management: Lead and coach the marketing specialist, set team goals and plans, and improve the overall team performance.
- Vendor management: Identify the right outsourcing marketing partners. Supervise quality and costs.
- Budget planning: Formulating marketing budgets and expense plans, monitoring budget execution, and ensuring rational use of resources.
III. Cross-Functional Relationship
- Obtain good understanding of how Triide is structured and functions
- Joint ownership of sales performance thus there is a necessity to work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Support service delivery teams and local offices in the driving of client satisfaction initiatives as part of annual marketing plan/focus
- Work seamlessly with in-country stakeholders to delivery brand consistency and to support with execution of local marketing plans.
- Collaborate with external partners such as public relations and advertising to jointly complete brand promotion tasks.

V. Requirements
- Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, or related fields.
- Work experience: At least 8 years of B2B marketing work experience with proven successful cases. Experiences in professional services industry a plus.
- Skills: market insight, marketing strategy, digital marketing, Social CRM, organizational coordination, communication, time management and leadership skills.
- Languages: proficient in both English and Chinese in written and verbal.
- Willing and able to travel when required.
