Inez is an experienced audit professional with over 20 years in auditing, assurance, and financial reporting. She was previously an Audit Partner at Deloitte, where she led audits for listed companies in Hong Kong and multinational groups across Asia, the UK, the US, and Europe.

She has worked on a range of complex engagements including IPOs, M&A transactions, and reverse takeovers. Her technical strengths include IFRS, HKFRS, and US GAAP, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Inez regularly advises boards and audit committees on risk management, internal controls, and financial transparency. She also has experience with audit methodology, high-risk client reviews, and capital restructuring.

Her industry exposure covers sectors such as life sciences, education, technology, gaming, media, real estate, and manufacturing. She has worked closely with global teams on cross-border audits and group reporting.

Inez is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Inez is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
