Lester Yuen is a seasoned corporate governance professional specializing in delivering corporate solution services such as company secretarial services, ESG reporting, internal control advisory, risk and compliance advisory. With over a decade of consulting experience, he has led teams in providing services to more than 25 companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEx) to date. He currently provides enterprise risk management, internal control and internal audit services to Hong Kong–listed companies, and serves as Company Secretary for four listed issuers.

Lester has worked with corporations listed on DAX, the Dow Jones, NASDAQ and HKEx, advising clients across industries including securities brokerage, asset management, F&B chains, cosmetic retail, manufacturing, medical equipment distribution, mobile gaming, natural gas, gold mining, and construction.
