Terry comes with years of practice in Big-4 audit and international accounting firms and is experienced in handling audit, assurance and business advisory for clients. He has extensive experience serving a wide range of clients including startups, small medium enterprises, multinational corporations as well as listed companies.

Terry currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Directors and Audit Committee Chairman of a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He has also successfully led the IPO of a Hong Kong company listed on the Stock Exchange as Financial Controller and Company Secretary.

Terry also has years of international working experience and processes commercial experience in finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions and finance transformation.  His last international position was the Regional Head of Finance and board member of the company.

Terry is a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) in Hong Kong and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Carleton University of Commerce. Terry is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
