Triide, a fast-growing regional corporate services firm in the Asia Pacific region, has completed the acquisition of OOP Corporate Services and Advisory Services (“OOP”) from OOP Worldwide which retains its other core solutions.

Joining the Triide team are Lester Yuen and his team who specialize in company secretarial services for public, private and regulated companies, accounting and financial reporting for multinational corporations, payroll services, inventory management, accounting software implementation, valuations, local statutory and offshore tax advisory services, and outsourced CFO services.

Following the completion of the acquisition, we also welcome Jonathan Liu to support Triide on future business growth.

Lester brings diverse expertise spanning internal audit, company secretarial services, ESG reporting, internal control advisory, risk and compliance, and business advisory services.  With over a decade of consulting experience, he has led his teams in providing a variety of services to more than 25 companies that are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to date. In addition, he is active in both capital markets and private equity deals where he assists in pre-deal due diligence to facilitate buyers to make an accurate decision in investing in Hong Kong or offshore.
