Mr Hung had a distinguished career with Deloitte China for 31 years before retiring in 2016 as the Chairman, a role he held for two years. Prior to that, he had assumed various leadership roles, including the managing partner of Deloitte Shenzhen and Guangzhou, the head of audit of South China, and deputy managing partner of South China. He was also a member of the China management team, and board member of Deloitte Global. After his retirement from Deloitte, Mr Hung was appointed as an expert consultant to The Ministry of Finance in the People’s Republic of China. He continues to hold directorships in several listed companies.

Terry brings extensive experience from Big-4 audit and international accounting firms. He has handled audit, assurance, and business advisory services for clients ranging from startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, to MNCs and listed companies. He has also successfully led the IPO of a Hong Kong company in the role of Financial Controller and Company Secretary.

Inez is a seasoned audit professional and former Deloitte Partner, with extensive experience working with Hong Kong–listed companies and multinational groups across Asia, the US, the UK, and Europe. She has managed complex engagements including IPOs, M&A transactions, reverse takeovers, and cross-border audits. Additionally, Inez regularly advises boards and audit committees on risk management, internal controls, and financial transparency.
