Sue Fi brings over 20 years of diverse experience across internal audit, banking, and global employer services, specializing in business licensing, immigration advisory, and market entry strategies for inbound investments into Malaysia. She has guided companies—from private enterprises to multinationals—through Malaysia’s regulatory landscape, covering licensing compliance, investment tax allowance, and end-to-end immigration processes, including liaison with government authorities.

Her career began in internal audit with a public-listed company, followed by several years in banking, before moving into global employer services with a Big 4 professional services firm, where she supported multinational clients on workforce mobility and licensing matters.

Sue Fi is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management and a Founding Member and former Secretary of the Association of Expatriate Service Consultants, reflecting her commitment to advancing industry standards and best practices.
